    My shopback bws cash back didn't track the other day - a 3 month wait for it to supposedly be resolved.

      Mine wasn't tracked neither. Opened a ticket and 10 days later it was rejected… won't trust SB for a while, especially for BWS

      3 months is alright. Shopback standard wait time for pending to confirmed for BWS is 4 months.

      Likewise. The first time I had a Shopback claim rejected was through BWS, should have bought something from BS, at least that would have made sense.

      My recent BWS purchase via ShopBack has a missing cashback, Pending/Calculating until January next year.
      If it gets Rejected, this would be my second big SB/BWS cashback to get rejected.

        if it says "calculating" then it won't pay….you'll have to get onto Shopback to sort it out to get the correct amount to track

        I've had the odd rejection here and there however once I sent them the receipt proving the purchase SB CS have always sorted and paid. To date have never had one unpaid.

      agree - though at least cashrewards had the good grace to honour the transaction even though bws didnt track it - unlike sh@tback - having said that tho i will not be ordering from bws again - like you said not worth the hassle

      I find they approve faster than that. For the promotion that took place on August 4, they approved on 20 September as a data point.
