    • Yeah, but they have to live in New Zealand..

  • Overrated company. Not going back to them, even if they offer half price.

Recently switched from $129 Aussie BB 250/25 to $99 for six months and then $109 Superloop 1000/50. Switching was seamless, didn't even notice it happened (in the middle of the day), didn't have to reset the router or any device on my network. Just got the text that it was done, immediately tried speedtest and boom 920mbps!

While Aussie BB does have a better app and (apparently) local customer service (never used them), that's not worth paying $350 more (per year) for a 4x slower speed. Equivalent speed on Aussie BB would cost me $480 more. Also worth mentioning they pissed me off more than a few times when running discounts (like this one now) for new customers while offering nothing for existing customers, and I've been with them for years. Oh, and having drag queens in their TV ads with slogan "the true Aussie way"… not sure I get that.

  • I tried adding "SIGNUPNOW" to the 100/20 plan and the 250/25 plans and received the notice "Promo/referral code invalid".

    • They must be able to track addresses that have signed up or not. I just tested on my address and it also has the same error, but my neighbours and the discount applied

  • Is there anything preventing me from signing up with the 1000/50 Mb/s for my free month (I am FttP), and then downgrading before the charges kick in?

  • Does anyone know if this sign up on a FTTC plan can be stacked with the currently advertised SPEED20 code (apply before 31 Oct 23) for the following 6 months, if one wants to get the FTTP upgrade, and bump to a faster plan? As in sign up this week for a free month, then request the SPEED20 discount in 2 weeks (prob 4-6 week wait on the NBN technican upgrade?)

  • Promo/referral code invalid

  • Nice price rise to go with that new signup :/

    • Just signed up and will probably by moving on next month when the price rise becomes active

  • Just signed up with the code and it is still working!

  • Still working

  • Code not working, has it expired?
