Found what i think is a pretty decent deal, various models to choose from but check out this 4 bike tilting tow bar mounted bike carrier delivered for $25. still selling for well over $100 elsewhere. They also have fixed 2, 3 and 4 bike carrier and tilting variants all on clearance.
Never used this brand before (placed my order so yet to see quality), and yes I'm sure there are better designs but for $25 for the odd road trip this will do just fine.

Note: today I coincidentally received a scam text claiming to be a missed collection from Startrack.. it looks legitimate but you’ll notice there’s no tracking number in the url of the text. Don’t get caught out if you receive one The coincidental nature might get a few.

I think it depends if you have same email on the order vs your AusPost app plus email etc. I don't have different email for x and different email for y like some people do.

Received order 468xx today… I have tried to load 1 adult bike and 2 children bike - and it feels very wobbly to me. Worried that driving through a pothole would likely dislodge a bike into the car / coming traffic. Any good videos / suggestion on how to make it safer? I tried to find videos in youtube but majority of videos are for different kind of bike rack.

got it today , it's sturdier than expected. I reckon the shipping cost itself is over $20 judging by the weight and size.
Received mine, but warning to other buyers that 2 of the plastic toggles used to tighten the top plate down are damaged.
One is shattered around the Nut and fell off in transit (fortunately it fell into the plastic sleeve running down one of the legs), the other has a large chip, so even if it tightens at all, it wont take too much torque to strip that one either.
Doesn't bode well for longevity!
I'll raise a complaint, but will also start looking around for suitable size Butterfly Nuts as a longer term solution.
I have a ~10 year old (3 bike) version of this design that I inherited with a secondhand car and the plastic toggles on that are made of a less brittle looking plastic and remain perfectly serviceable today. I'd swap them over, but I intend to sell the old carrier for $25…

I had the same thoughts and issue, they responded quickly to me.
I do worry about the quality of that plastic though.

Just received it. Seems like it needs to attach to the existing tow ball, unlike my current DUSC rack from Repco which has a tow tongue to be inserted into the tow bar. Will keep this Rola rack as a spare.
Mine arrived today too. Now gotta put it to good use. A little nervous about it considering the comments from other buyers about the quality and sturdiness of it.

Sheez, you go over a bump and you know about it, bikes rattle around where towbar slides into hitch receiver. Not racks fault though.

Sounds like more of an installation issue rather than the bike rack.
No, it’s not the bike rack fault. It’s where the towbar goes into the hitch. Obviously you need some movement for it to slide in and that little bit of gap is enough to cause a rattle.
But there should be a nut under the tow bar on the vehicle to tighten the tow tongue so there is no movement. As seen here.
Thanks OP you are correct, a great deal. Mine was delivered today. I almost gave up, I was actually waiting for the order to be cancelled as it was such a good deal. I really have a need for this as my hugs and kisses wants to buy a bike to ride with our son…my comment was thats a nice idea dear and changed subject because I had to spring the money for a bike carrier and tow bar. Bought tow bar, now have the carrier, just need the bike now. Cheers…I may get a special hug tonight.
PS…the bike carrier looks to be well made…rola is a good brand, make roof racks etc.
