thing to note, it requires us to manually empty the dust compartment

    • Good point that I would have missed (also makes me sound lazy).

In the market for a new vac in the coming months so looking at my options!

I would have missed it too. Glad I was on a pc and had nothing better to do when I saw this deal :D

    • Thanks for pointing that out, that's a deal breaker for me :)

Same price on Amazon: https://amzn.asia/d/hMFMgcY (Must be a Prime member)

  • How does this compare to a Roborock S7 ?

  • Seems great if you do a lot of mopping, less great if its mostly vacuuming as no auto empty dust bin.

Avoid avoid. The ecovacs app is hot garbage. I've had a T8 ozmo since July last year. Working on getting a refund. Ordered a Roborock S8 instead. Would rather deal with manually doing the dust and water than the garbage app.

    • After having an s5, I would pay extra for dust removal base no question.

      • It doesnt take long to empty the bin

        • It doesn't take long to vacuum your house. Every part of these things are convenience, and not having to empty it with dust going everywhere every 2 days is a very nice feature, lasting almost 8 weeks for me.

    • Why?

      • I have an S5 as well. Emptying the bin doesn't sound like a hassle at first, but life gets in the way and you forget.. and it doesn't take long to fill up. Once it's full they just move dirt around rather than sucking anything up. I'd definitely want auto-empty on my next bot.

  • There's no on board water tank. Sounds like it needs to go refill the pads quite often

    • wait what? that makes it basically useless you would think

Use code PBSD5 for extra 5% off

      Updated the title. Cheers mate.

  • Choice mag this month gave it 22 out of 100 for dirt removal. The similar priced iRobot Roomba i2 came second on their list.

    • 22 out of 100 is bad right?

      • Yes others get 60 or 70
