It seems like a good price for this thermo mug, probably better than the thermocafe. I just bought a pink and blue one in Osaka right now, then I found this $24.50 on Amazon JP. This price only available in brown colour. Please note, this mug does not come with lid, you need to purchase it separately.

FYI, it is currently listed as 2650 yen (about 28 AUD) before tax in Bic Camera in Osaka right now.

    Just like double wall glass which retain the temperature but stainless steel more durable compare to the glass material. I broke my double wall glasses multiple times.

    Yeah I use my thermos tall mug all the time without the lid for tea or coffee when at the computer, easy to get distracted and forget it. Stays warm/hot for atleast an hour or more

  plain stainless would have been nice as the dishwasher and other things rubbing against the mug might eventually scratch the coloured coating. grabbed the bronze one so that i can retire my glass double wall mug before it breaks …. again.

      i think most mugs that have plastic handle attached or paint on stainless will have some dishwater issues over time, plastic and hot dishwasher not a good long term combination, but if you get a couple of years out of its worth it. difference seems to be ABS vs acrylic handle, both are technically dishwasher safe.
