    These are nice, I bought a couple last time. They pour well and look good.

    Be aware that the lids are quite loose and are just there to help direct the water when pouring, they do not make any kind of seal and are clearly not designed to.

      Also important to note - these can handle boiled water straight out of the kettle.

    I have one, I am lazy, this wouldn’t fit in the dishwasher, good quality product if you can bear hand washing.

          Their excuse for mine was that there was a technical glitch so they are refunding.

          So I responded saying they are abusing the cancellation process and linked them to

          My interpretation is that they have no grounds to cancel the order given that I have paid and I threatened to escalate to ebay.

          Looking at past negative reviews they have done it a few times in the past month.

          idirect did the dodgy ebay seller tactic of cancelling via their unilateral "Buyer asked to cancel the order"

          They only had a few units and now they have restocked the listing with tens of units even higher than the Amazon non-sale price

          Consumed an ebay code as well

          Remember to add to their feedback in seven days
