When we have received your order for local pickup and processed it, you'll be notified by email with instructions to collect your order. Hi JDD. All promotional discounts that we offer have never included pre-orders. The reason being that they're already discounted. If a pre-order item becomes available during a promotion, then it is updated accordingly. In relation to Pokemon TCG 151, some have already pre-sold prior to this promotion, and some have not yet released or arrived.
