This deal is back and cheaper than last time.

This is a very popular 'lotion' (which means hydrating toner for Japanese products) that known for its hydrating properties. The bottle is big enough that you can use it on your body as well as your face. The formula is based on fermented rice and has is said to smell of sake, which may bother some. Other ingredients include amino acids, ceramides and arbutin. I haven't tried this myself but there are plenty of reviews on the internet including reddit.

    Japanese products without printed expiration dates should have a 3 year shelf life (i.e. unopened) from date of manufacture if stored correctly. source
