  bro, just keep waiting on the zmi powerbank samilar spec but with 210w output, sometime the price goes as low as 130 but u might have to wait for a couple weeks for the deal

    Thats normal. Capacity is given for the cells at 3.7v most likely. So the rated capacity is what it could do at 5v. Its like how a 10k charger is really 7ish
