Purchase a 4 pack of Smirnoff Fruit Soda (Pineapple & Lime, Lime & Lemon or Peach & Lime) or Smirnoff Hard Soda (Yuzu Citrus Burst or Pink Grapefruit Crush) from a participating retailer, and receive a refund via digital Mastercard.

A “participating retailer” is any retailer that is stocking the Eligible Products and advertising this promotion. I purchased from BWS where they were advertising the promotion in-store. But there seems to be a wide range of retailers listed on the claim form.

    • Same issue. When I clicked submit again after the error msg, it asked me to login to view the card. I did, with another one-time generated pin, well it then said the card associated can’t be found.

      • I re tapped the link on text, with submission of the pre-filled mob no and activation code, it asked me to log in, which I did. And this time it didn’t send a one-time pin, and the Mastercard appeared.

      • It seems fixed. I opened the App just now and the card appears by itself.

        Yes, as someone mentioned above, it is valid for a year.

      If no email is received within 10 mins, your submission is not successful. Someone right above said it.

      Wait for up to 10s for a success response after click submit button.

  • 2 of us submitted claims on Sunday almost at the same time, no confirmation emails for either of us, webpage says - both claims already submitted if filled in again. My spouse got sms and GC 2 days ago - already converted to Woolworths GC, and I got nothing. Do you know how to contact them?

    • No Rep here to answer. You may be caught in two claims from the same household. Check T&Cs.

      e.g. same rewards card scanned, same payment card, almost same purchase time/location on the receipt, same IP lodged.

        No same rewards card, no same payment card. I only see this in T&Cs "9. Only one (1) claim permitted per person." Did I miss anything why 2 individuals wont be able to claim each different product?

          • @Neoika: Yep, finally approved and GC received yesterday 16/10, same as others reported. Funny how 2 claims submitted seconds from each other get approved almost a week apart without any confirmation emails. Their website is strange.

          I checked my past online orders with BWS, no receipt/invoice sent to my email address. Or shall I register an account with BWS and download receipt there? I usually just provide an email address and do a quick checkout.

    • Yeah no reason it should be rejected as long as you have order confirmation to upload. I received cashback for online order from first choice

      I rang them on 1800850517 because after around 8 business days I got am email saying my claim was denied due to no receipt uploaded.

      I definitely did upload the receipt so called them. They advised it was a mistake and because of an influx of claims, they will need a further 2 business days to process. Confirmed I should receive the cashback by Monday, 23rd October.

      Hopefully this info helps.

      • I think they messed it up mostly as you can't submit the form without a receipt (unless you chose the wrong file).

        • Just call them. Straight forward. No DOB check.
          I didn't receive an SMS but they confirmed it and received my card about an hour later.

    • It doesn't ask for home address. Just need a different phone number really. It is also better to use different payment card, rewards card, etc.

        Yeah, I used a different payment card and has plenty of profitable Boost numbers to use 😅.
        Those single-use virtual cards are handy.

  • For two claims I haven't received the SMS asking you to confirm your number after they have approved the claim.
    Called 1800850517 and they confirmed it and have now received the email confirmation and card by SMS.

  • I submitted a digital receipt (the one you get from the Everyday Rewards app) in a file format (rather than the usual photo of a receipt) but my claim was declined, the reason being “Receipt not visible on claim”.

    Did anyone experienced the same thing with digital receipts?

      I uploaded a file from First Choice that was accepted. Send it again I suppose, or print screen to convert to image.

      • I am already opted out of paperless. The app still gives me the eReceipt. I think the difference could be if I opted in for paperless, I won’t be asked if I wanted to print out a receipt at the checkout.

  • Submitted cashback request on 27/10 - got an email from [email protected] (ended up in spam) with “Thanks for participating” and nothing since!

    For the folks that received the cashback… how long did it take from acknowledgement to cashback and from which email address did it come from??

    • All within 5 business days (as I did a few times).

      Approval result via SMS only. It is also a way to verify the existence of your phone number.

      From someones' experience above, it also notifies the rejection result and may approve it beyond the timeframe. Another possibility is that you entered the wrong number.

        Thanks - weird no SMS received and my laptop automatically populates form fields including phone no so unlikely I entered the wrong number…

        Acknowledgment was received Friday 27/10 after business hours so I guess I'll wait until Monday then… probably resubmit the lot as I cannot see a contact email / number for enquiries!

    • Soon to be gone. More and more people including myself can’t buy any more boost sims. I’m still have very faint hope it’s still an error on the boost website. But if it is fraud, a lot of the blame is to the people on here who bought 20, 30, 40 or more at a time for the profit, not realising that these long-term benefits of new numbers far outweigh those profits. And unless anybody else knows , these Boost sims are the only way at the moment to get new numbers.

          We all get the ‘something is wrong ‘ message when trying to purchase a boost sim card. Been going on for quite awhile. Someone did a diagnostic check a while back and found a fraud detection triggers the error. I’m not surprised with the insane amount the desperados on here are buying at one time.

  • Thanks I got a 4 pack of Yuzu Citrus Burst after work at First Choice for $27. Submitted the receipt and got an email to say my entry is being validated. I'm not usually a fan of any hard sodas, so I'll see how these go.
