    I don't think the 10% cashback is for all users. The terms stated to earn bonus cashback you need to link with Westpac account which I don't have. Lucky I read the terms first. @OP you might need to check or clarify this.

      Yep, same here. Saved a screenshot of the product listed as under Kitchen & Dining but only got cashback tracked at 2.8% excluding GST. Pretty large purchase too.

      Checking now with ShopBack to see what category the cashback was applied to.

        Exact same situation for me… I double checked it was under the 'Home' category before purchasing.

      Same, I bought a couple air purifier filters under home. Cashrewards tracked fine 15% for one order but SB tracked at the lower rate. Lodged a ticket zzz.

    After a week, the regular Amazon cashback were still showing incorrect amounts/percentages. I reached out to support and Sri was very helpful and fixed them all for me.
