  I got the wired version. If i get this would i have to redo all my macros and app settings on the Windows app which has been very flakey when I've had to reinstall and restore settings.
  Would i notice any difference in the wireless, the wire just often gets caught on stuff on the table.
  I once put my wacom on wireless and the lag killed.

    Logitech wireless tech on their gaming peripherals have been solid for a long while now. The input lag is identical to their wired counterparts.

    I was super sceptical about wireless peripherals a few years back, but I swear that issue is non-existent now. Only problem is if you run out of battery of course, but they go on for ages between charges.

    All my peripherals are now wireless, by the way. Said goodbye to my old G19 and G9x and do not miss them (with the exception of the LCD on the G19).

    The app isn't great - janky for me too..

    I already have the wireless version and have the same question. To be honest, I think the answer is going to be yes.. probably won't need to reinstall the app, but re-set up the mouse in G Hub as it's a "different" device

      just the worst app, a careless touch, and you lose all the settings and have to start again. I'm so scared of that and 10+ app profiles to set up.

  I've had the wired version of this.. I then ended up replacing it with the wireless, which I've had for a number of years now. Such a good mouse. I game minimum 5 hours a day (and sometimes up to 16 hours a day - weekends etc) and it's never run out of battery or failed me. I'm only replacing it because it's so worn and this is a great deal
