  Ordered 4 (minimum that justify the shipping cost to me) earlier this morning and just got cancellation for 3 of them :-( … Now the shipping cost becomes too expensive. I submitted a ticket for them to consider waive the shipping cost or cancel the order altogether.

  Has anyone contacted them through their ticketing system (zendesk)? I am nervous that they might ship before they see my ticket. There is no option to cancel when I login to "My account" on their site.

  Ordered 6 items within half hour of this starting, and got 3 cancelled on me (the three best deals, also the three things I was most wanting).
  Have been charged the full amount, and got emailled saying "refund has been processed" for the cancelled items. Nope, not yet it hasn't.
  There was no offer of order cancellation, or refund of the postage, or anything.
  Unlike @peuwayaqdq above, Support still hasnt replied to me about cancelling the order, and 1am Saturday morning I got notified they've posted the unwanted items out.
  Won't be ordering from Puma again.
  Posting this so that hopefully you won't buy from them again either.
