Good question but it's illegal to sell fake Nikes in Australia.
They are nothing that special, $99 quite ofen (do a search on Ozb)100% genuine

did you lace them up to the top hole?
most people just wear loose and slip on, but i can't do that when they move around too much.
I had just left them how they were laced out the box. pretty sure it was laced to the top

Pics would help but I'd be returning them and/or reporting to eBay. Pretty easy to tell if genuine if you have other Nike's or take to store to complete.
