Quite a few popular sizes available. I have this shoe in black, not the best for any kind of distance running but decent for light stuff or as gym shoes.
why arent they good for running?

I'm no running shoe guru but they are fine (especially considering the price), and are extremely light and soft if you like that, but certainly aren't anything high-end. I didn't purchase mine for running, but have put maybe 10km into them on the treadmill at the gym and as expected found the cushioning a little thin. Personally wouldn't trust them as a daily driver but I do tend to spend up on runners.
It's probably related to the elastic on either side of the shoe. This review says that while the elastic makes it easy to slip the shoe on/off, it may also not give the firmest fit around the heel, which I guess might be important for running.
The do go on to say that "The heel looseness didn’t bug me, as it was mostly not noticeable", so take of it what you will
Puma has excellent dedicated running shoes if that's what you want (these aren't it but may be better for other things like walking, gym, etc).
The good running shoes are the "Nitro" line (i.e. Velocity nitro, Deviate Nitro, Liberate nitro, Foreverrun nitro, Magnify nitro, etc) which also qualify for the discount and are excellent value.

I’d give them a miss. I bought a pair in black for around $80. However the didn’t hold up to normal use and the top eyelets on both shoes ripped pretty quickly.
