Got a $30 dollar turkey here. Not sure how I am going to cook it but that will be a later problem..
The turkeys are about 7-8kgs. There was about a third of a fridge full at 3.30pm

Fridge or freezer?
Iirc, Costco are one of very few places that sell not frozen whole turkeys.

haven't seen frozen turkeys yet at my costco
Same at lake Macquarie on the weekend. But they only had a use by date of about 3 days.
I was tempted to buy one and cut it up in either halves or quarters and store in freezer.
