Is it because of extra Cashback of 0.25% only? Guessing that purchase of 1.75% gift cards won't affect this challenge?
No it doesn’t . My bonus has just tracked and I have done the same with other challenges - have had no issues

The terms of the offer don't stat that it's linked to the normal Westpac deal
So if they dont honor it, shopback will be needing to fix the issue…

Yeah, crossing my fingers that the 3 months Prime/$15 GC is true, but they would need to generate an unique link for each of us then - but with the exisiting offer, you sign up on a webpage which is accessible to everyone

There is no link being sent. Check under “ Rewards” in the app and there is a link to the $15GC or 3 months prime promo . I just tried to redeem and it came back saying “ maximum attempt reached - unexpected error “. Looks like if you have redeemed it before it’s a no go .

Personally going to hold off since i’m doubtful the $15 Gift card link will stack with existing free 3 months prime. Says it’s fulfilled by Mastercard so I don’t think they’d put in the effort to provide separate links, most likely won’t let you use the same card
Also has the same "redeem by" date for the ShopBack and Westpac Mastercard 3 free months, so I am fairly confident that it'll be the same promo. I bought anyway because 12% Cashback on Amazon gift card isn't bad

Here, have 2% plus a bonus $2. Oh, but you can't get the 2% from the Earn More link we've directed you to purchase the gift card from! That would be too logical, duh! And it would also require you to simply join the promo and then smoothly make your purchase. So you can only get 1.75% that way.
If you want 2% you'll need to work for it. Therefore, we'll make you join the promo first, and then you'll go to a completely different part of the app and search for Amazon gift cards in the gift card portal, just so you can scroll past a bunch of cards at 1.75% until finally finding the one you want that's eligible for the promotion.
Why? Because we're a bunch of dkheads that want to make life as impossibly hard for everyone involved. And then, you can contact our inept customer service team who'll be equally impossible to deal with.

You can still get the $2 even with the 1.75% cashback link.
They never say it's 2%, you made that up. I believe the challenge linking to the lower rate isn't malicious, it's just the default, with the slightly upsized denominations being treated as a separate product.
If you're going to get mad be mad at the Prime stuff, it's not good.

Got it. Check under rewards - > $2.00 bonus cashback + Bonus Prime membership/Gift Card. Click on this and in the page there is a "click here" hyperlink. With this can access link for $15 gift card.
However as someone mentioned earlier, whoever claimed this before, don't bother, it's same link. I tried and it showed message as already claimed.
