    I quoted my Order number of the GC as well already, and still being asked an SS. I didn’t personally take SS of the banner. Anybody got a copy of the SS to share pls?

    • Clicking the link should bring you to their site and open the challenge, screenshot that?

      • No it’s not available anymore, you try it.
        Instead I went to my iOS app Earn More > Rewards tab and it shows the challenge there, and SS it. Together with a SS from GYB’s statement above to contact help.
        Let’s see if that does it or if I’m still gonna be pingpong’d around.

          I did and got my screenshot, weird it didn't work for you. Website might be a little buggy atm.

          Hopefully it's smooth and they know what's going on. It would make sense if they just needed a way to easily check if you fulfilled the conditions for the credit.

          Just got a reply saying they're looking into it.

          It appears that they aren't quite prepared, hopefully they work it out and make it more streamlined. Perhaps the rep jumped the gun a bit.

      If you received the $2 bonus that should be enough proof that you had accepted the offer…

      That was part of this same deal with he extra $15 on top.

    Seems a bit of a communication breakdown between SB staff..

    I contacted and got the follow up email just now, to confirm they’d credited $15 to my account.

    Major F up from Shopback. Won’t be using them again in a hurry. At least it got resolved :/

    • Who replied to you? Was it Harry? This person has been the one who always declines or been unsupportive CS everytime a problem arises from their end, with their generic reply.
      Edit: just saw its Reena, maybe I should contact again and ask for Reena instead..

    • Mistakes happen. At least they wore it and honoured it.

      Compared to other cash back places, shopback is better and my first choice
