            @price1d: It does not work on all gift card, need have same MCC code. I only tried Restaurant Choice gift card on Shopback.

            @price1d: It only works for Restaurant Choice because the MCC for that purchase on Shopback comes up as the one allowed for the Good Food gift card (5812)
            Shopback uses different MCCs depending on the gift card. Refer to the Shopback section in the MCC wiki - I've just updated it

                @price1d: It's more that Apple Pay hides the real card details when you make transactions with it, so Shopback doesn't really know you are using a Good Food gift card and can't actively block it (presumably)

                  @nategasm: another reason is because Good Food is a prepaid mastercard, which "bypassed" the 3D security check that applies to prepaid Visa. Most Ultimate / ACTIV / Blackhawk network prepaid card wont work in shopback (including after adding to ApplePay) because they are all prepaid Visa card

            @ChipsChicky: Stack an extra 3% discount from Restaurant Choice. Also Restaurant choice supports Fast Food (MCC 5814) and Hotels (MCC 7011) whereas Good Food does not.

    Is there an app you can use to see your balance on the Restaurant Choice card? I was always able to register the physical cards on the website and you could log onto myprepaidcentre to see the balance. I have never been able to register these digital cards

    Warning , don’t buy. I just purchased Shop gift card via my applepay as a gift. Is more than two hours still no gift card Called support. And verify all the details. But still have to wait for system to go thru. (No ETA). Hence. No more next time.

      It's a hit and miss with purchase. If you don't receive the gift cards in the next few minutes, the order would most likely be cancelled.

      In the past, I had contacted support but was told the process is automated and they couldn't help. The payment system seems to randomly reject orders for security reasons but the cancellation email arrives the next day or later.

        Worst is my credit card already got pending transaction; Now I have go thru all the fuss dispute or refund. Really waste of time for just 10% discount. Why their system cannot reject my order still away when I buy.
        Wil buy physical card next time at WW or Cole’s when discount.

          Don't need to chase the refund or dispute. If order is cancelled, the pending transaction will disappear. May take a few days.

          I've experienced the cancellation several times and it is frustrating. The same card was rejected. Yesterday I used Google Pay and the payment went through. Don't know if Google Pay made a difference.

      With the TCN Shop card, you swap to Uber or Uber Eats gift cards. Values are $20 - $500. See here.

      Uber gift cards can also be redeemed at Uber Eats. You can switch payment method in the Uber app or Uber Eats app within 30 days. You can buy this discounted Uber gift card to pay past purchases that you paid with bank card.

      App only: Switch payment hack

      A unique feature of Uber’s payment system is that it allows you to change the payment method on purchases you made up to 30 days ago. This means you can buy Uber gift cards when they’re on sale and use them retroactively.

      After you’ve added your Uber gift cards to your account, open up the Uber app or Uber Eats app and go to the ride or order you previously made. Select the receipt for that ride or order and then scroll down to where it says Switch Payment Method.

      Provided you have enough in your gift card balance to cover the total purchase, you should then be given the option to switch the payment method to use Uber Cash. Your original payment method (e.g. credit card, PayPal etc) will then be refunded.

      Note that there have been reports that switching the payment is not possible for rides and orders paid for with Apple Pay or Google Pay.
