Applicable for all plans. Stack with up to $200 discount for the first 5 boxes promotion. I got the 9 meal plan which was $60 (including service fee and free shipping)

Cashback is only eligible for new customers of this merchant on your first order and is limited to 1 reward per Cashrewards account.

Cashback is ineligible on the following:

Purchase of gift cards or use of gift cards for full or partial payment.

GST, other taxes and delivery fees.

    I would think so, but to be safe, I think I will just skip the weeks until the cashback is approved and then cancel

          @Usemame: As per the T&Cs though, technically they should pay it out after the 1st order.
