Bundle Property Home Loans - Anyone Received Second Half of The Rebate?

They were fairly active in OZB last year & offered broker rebate 50% upon settlement and the rest after 2 years.

Was attempting to contact them as i'm getting close to 2 years from my settlement date but unable to reach.

Their landline number goes to the voicemail recorded by "Darryl" (Not Len - sold off the business maybe? but still Len's ACL 445947 listed in the website)

Just wondering if anyone received anything from them after 2 years.

Update: Darryl actually called me back and says you got the wrong number. So the landline number clearly re-assigned to someone else. Sounds like the business is closed shut.

Update 2(18/Oct/2023): Someone PM'ed and confirmed receiving 2nd half of the rebate last year but it was more than reasonable hassle. Also Len finally replied to the email after writing this says he will send the rebate 'shortly'. Will update this again once I receive it. Also can confirm his email signature now only has name and mobile number, nothing else.

Update 3(9/Nov/2023): Received the rebate from Len after nudging him twice. YMMV

    Have the same issue. Sent 4 emails over the past two months re the second half of the rebate and the emails are now being ignored. Landline number belongs to a different business.

    Tried calling/texting mobile number and left a voicemail and never heard back even though the phone rings.

      Thanks for the update. I'll might try something against his ACL once it's confirmed as a dodgy business practice.

          Yup if AFCA says so and they can't do anything about it, i'm OK with that but will least try block them keep getting trailing fee.

          Not yet as my 2y date is next week so will follow up week after if it doesn't happen.

      Hello, I am also in a similar situation, he is also avoiding my text and emails, did you get your rebate? Mine is due since January and multiple follow-ups have been ignored.

        I ended up getting it but had to pester him. Since he wouldn't answer emails, calls, text - couple of times I called him from a new number and he picked up straight away and gave excuses for not responding. I would suggest you try that and also leave a negative review re this on the google page.
