Saw this at Costco Docklands. We have it and it is a pretty good machine. The light makes seeing the dust easier. This is the older model.

  Avoid this, totally rubbish, bought the hx2 pro, got 2 batteries, and total gives me 30mins in standard mode, what a joke

    The HX1 works OK for us as long as we don’t have it at level 3. I can’t comment on the HX2. However, with Costco if people aren’t happy they can return it in the first 90 days.

  I bought Miele HX1 Triflex Cat and Dog Cordless Vacuum Cleaner during the covid lockdown from Appliances online. It's useless. Had difficulty returning it. Avoid!

  I have an original model hx1 which I purchased from Costco which has served me well for a year or 2 now so I would personally recommend. Just make sure you keep it charged so it’s ready to go.

  Can all dog and cat breeds use it? I can't even get the dog to bring a stick back, let alone vacuum the freaking house!
