    any recommended repairer for O-rings? last time I was charged $350 for O-rings and pump.

      If you are game, you can buy them for less than $5 (food grade silicon o-rings) and DIY it. See YouTube for a tutorial. $350 is daylight robbery!

        It's a great machine. I have the older BES900 model - it's basically the same.

          @frontier: Is BES920 the updated one without the o rings?

            @ATTS: All of these machines use o-rings to seal between metal parts. The only difference I am aware of in the newer model is a port so you can descale without opening the whole machine up. It's the little black square thingie at the bottom near the steam wand.
