Friends Complete Series on Blu Ray has dropped in price more: 74.95 pound pre-order at Zavvi or The Hut. I was not charged 0.99 pound for postage so looks like free postage too. There is also Pre-order Price Promise if price drops further before release on 12/11/12.

  Great - didn't even realise there was a Blu-ray set coming out… just be aware that these will be the original broadcast episodes rather than the extended episodes that had a limited run on DVD…

  Amazon also have it for 78.58 pounds delivered if you prefer to deal with them for some reason.

    I'd say these would be 16:9.. friends was actually shot on film hence why there's now HD versions in 16:9..

    I'm not sure how much effort went into creating the 16:9 version of the episodes, however, here's an example which shows the 16:9 version is actually pretty good:

      Well it was always designed so it fits a 4:3 & 16:9 ratio when it was shot.. So i suppose you could say that these new blurays are the version yet..

    from the cover art it looks the same, but they should have different rating logo's somewhere (e.g. PG rating logo). the US set is completely different looking, but US has a different region usually, whereas we share the same region with UK
