        • My issue is something more. I didn't even receive the $150 gift card. Same with the $10 bonus, same with the various $5 promo gift cards from SnackBack. I've been unable to receive any gift cards from them for more than a year. I have to contact support every time so they can provide to me manually.

            • @test8888: Did they give you the error message from their server? Mine is "Not delivering to a user who marked your messages as spam".

              They suggested I use another email address also. But why should I set up and maintain another email address just because they can't fix a problem on their server?

        I got the "Congratulations! Here is your Gift Card" email for the bonus $10 gift card after the support team resent it, plus they included a link to the gift card in their reply just in case I didn't receive it.

        Looking at the email sender "[email protected]; on behalf of; Card.Gift <[email protected]>", I can see why Outlook.com might be suspicious of the origin of the email.

    Anyone else still not able to redeem their $150 gift card? I still haven't received my $10 bonus yet either. I've check spam/junk and everything.

      I was able to redeem my $150, waiting for response via form about my $10 code invalid.

      • Were you able to get it to work in the end? I called up a few days ago and they got my $150 fixed and said they would send my $10 today, so I have to wait and see. Their online support is useless and unhelpful.

    I was able to redeem $120 out of $150 and unable to redeem $30. Will never buy again from card.gift in future as its not worth the time and efforts.

  • I still haven't received the bonus gift card. Anyone else not received it too?

    I rang Card.Gift on 7th Nov and was told they would send it by the end of that day. But I never received it. Rang them again today and they said they have not sent it yet and would send it today or tomorrow. They said it has been delayed because of a system upgrade.

      they are kind of "no push, not do" and expect customer "forget".
      so call is best way to fix immediately though had to wait at least 10mins (looks like another programmed)

    I received the bonus straight away but it wouldn't work until today-after 5 attempts to get 'help' the $150 was activated by Card.gift on Tuesday. All this time and effort to get at my own money. I will not be giving them any more of it.

    After multiple phone calls and emails, I finally received the bonus gift card today. In the end I had to forward them the email which they had sent with the promo code to prove to them that I was eligible.

    • How did you get it? They either keep telling me they'll send it tomorrow and don't and one guy even lied to make things more difficult and said to send an email with the promo code. Despite me sending proof of my tax invoice with the promo code used. What a shitty company. I am just going to do a chargeback and get a refund from my bank as the product I paid for is not as described.

      • I sent all the same details you sent. I also forwarded the email which they had sent which had the promo code in it. Plus I did tell them that I would contact the Department of Fair Trading if they did not send it soon. They then sent me the gift card early the next day.
