That's cheap and I'm tempted to try. I usually order the large Youfoodz. How does Muscle Diets compare taste wise?
I found them pretty similar to the other meal delivery companies. Taste wise they are fine and I enjoy them. The portions are probably just enough, somewhat on the smaller size (would say the same as YouFoodz standard size).
Is the large Muscle Diets size enough for dinner?
Never tried the large size, sorry. But if the standard is fine for a meal then I assume the large would be sufficient.
Muscle Diets do a vacuum kind of seal, similar to Muscle Chef. They stack really well in fridge since takes up less space. YouFoodz I think has "Modified Atmosphere Packaging".
I would recommend to try just to mix things up. My experience for this week - meals arrived yesterday and half had due date of 05/11/2023 and the other half 07/11/2023. My YouFoodz from a week ago still had some left with 05/11/2023. Would prefer if all companies had a 'made on' date in addition to the best before.
I had a bonus meal or accident bonus meal included.
Liked "Greek Style Meatballs with Risoni" and "Thai Green Curry Chicken with Coconut Brown Rice"
"Butter Chicken with Turmeric Rice and Greens" was too dry - I like a lot of sauce with butter chicken, but maybe it's unhealthy anyway to have too much.
"Beef Sausages with Pasta Napoletana" would not recommend as just normal pasta and basic sausage.
Taste wise, youfoodz are better.
These are probably healthier but I just didn't like them enough to reorder.
65 for a 10 meals is a decent deal, menu seems like all the mid from youfodz and mymusclechef
