    ANZ auto transfer user here - I called up Velocity this morning and told them about the missing promo points. They agreed to credit me the points. A bit annoying that I had to chase this up manually despite meeting the promo requirements.

      Also just called and they agreed I was eligible (after half an hour), however they said they've raised a ticket to review it and to monitor my points balance. Hoping to see that bonus soon.

        Just did the live chat with their support team. They said I should be getting the bonus points by March 4th. But they will monitor my account and follow up the relevant team if I dont get the bonus points.

          Also, just got a call back from velocity saying they investigated, and that there's been a delay and I am eligible so the points will be in my account within 7 days

    Just spent 45 minutes on the phone chasing up my points and was told that I am not eligible to receive the bonus 20% points because I had auto redemption back on in August. The operator said auto redemption could only be turned on for the first time during the period to be eligble.

    I asked to speak to someone else, they refused saying no one else is available. I think this is total BS and they're refusing to pay the extra 20%.

    Got NAB rewards in July 2023. Turned on auto transfer during campaign period and automatically transferred on 5/11/23. Still have not received 20% bonus. Any idea who is best to contact?

      Called up Velocity membership centre today at 12pm. Dealt with someone who was in a hurry for some reason.
      Said there is large volume of enquiries relating to this. Said to check again on Monday and call again if nothing goes through.

        Yeah it was. It was a 60k bonus I got on a nab card last July, but I deliberately didn’t turn on auto transfer, as I was aware that velocity have bonus offers a couple time a year, so held the card open for the promotion. When the promotion came round, I turned on auto transfer in November, then cancelled the card a week later.

    Finally got my points after 2 calls and raising 2 complaints but they had no urgency. What an annoyance.
