Yes, same thing happened to me. Purchased 2 tickets and then the challenge has completely disappeared from shopback. There were something like 1200 redemptions left when i purchased.

Westpac only charged me $17.80 total. The terms and conditions say 'The $10 bonus Cashback is in addition to the regular Cashback you’ll receive for buying 2 eligible HOYTS adult movie tickets via the ShopBack app.'
It is possible you have used your available balance cashback to offset your purchase. The promotion requires $20 or more charged to the Westpac card to be eligible.
