    Waiting for Amazon AU special

    • Has it been cheaper from Amazon before?

      • I don’t know. This price is OK for me as it is GaN prime model. Amazon has free delivery for an over NZD59 order to NZ where I am living in.

      • This is $5 cheaper than Amazon has had it according to the three camels.

        Thanks OP, ordered one.

      • Been cheaper before on eBay https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/780946

Any idea which better comparing to ZYRON 65W GaN Charger?
    Or any below
    Zyron 65W GaN
    Zyron 100W GaN
    Zyron 67W GaN3

  • what difference between Nano II 65W and GanPrime 65W, they both called Anker 735

    • +3

For clarity, the Nano II 65W is the A2667, while the GanPrime 65W is the A2668.

The A2668 has more flexible power allocation when using two ports. For example, if using both USB-C ports, the A2667 caps Port 1 at a max of 45W. Whereas the A2668 will allocate anywhere up to 65W to Port 1, depending on how much much power Port 2 is allocated.

This means for the A2668 you might for example get up to 60W charging for your laptop on Port 1, if Port 2 is using 5W to charge earbuds. In the same situation, the A2667 would charge the laptop at a max of 45W, and the earbuds at 5W.

The A2668 is also slightly more efficient overall - especially at lower loads.

Thank you for the detailed reply.

For what it's worth, I have the Nano II, and I believe it bricked itself from getting too hot while fast charging two devices (got a replacement). I wasn't the only one who received faulty units / their unit bricked itself like this, if you check the previous deals.

The GanPrime marketing says it has some additional temperature protection or something, which leads me to assume it might not have the same issue. This may or may not be true - but if I was going to buy one, I would definitely get the GanPrime version, based on my experience!

  • Check out the Anker 523, great for travel (removable cable), different mounting options, $70 but may be cheaper Black Fri perhaps.

  • Side question, when ordering and using Apple pay, has anyone else had their order cancelled? even after confirmation was given?

Heads up, that's the older model and not the 'GanPrime' version

      • What's the relevance of 'prime' in the name?
Trying to stand out from the crowd or something.

          See comments above.

    • You should be able to tell the difference without that GanPrime label on the side.

      • If it doesn't catch on Fire it's good.

  • Thanks OP. Grabbed one
