          • @try2bhelpful: DV isn't a widespread or common problem with Australian fathers or men. It's a problem just in one Australian minority community and sadly for them, a massive problem the current Australian government is refusing to acknowledge or deal with.

Straight from the Australian Institute of Criminology:

            https://www.aic.gov.au/

In reference to the myth that men were significantly more likely to act violently towards their partner:

the statistics found that out of every 100 citizens, men (3.4%) and women (3.6%) were equally likely to report having been violent towards their partner.

In reference to the most common type of domestic violence offenders and victims per capita:

Consistent with findings regarding the over-representation of Indigenous women as victims of domestic violence, the review found that Indigenous men and women were also over-represented among offenders. Statistics show that 53 percent of all domestic violence offenders identified
as Indigenous and that Indigenous people were around eight times more likely than non-Indigenous people to commit a domestic assault that was
reported to the police. They also showed that Indigenous women were around 10 times more likely to be perpetrators of domestic assault than their non-Indigenous counterparts. Consistent with other research, Indigenous over-representation among domestic violence offender populations was particularly noticeable in court and prison settings.

In reference to what makes DV offenders likely to reoffend:

The five major risk factors consistently identified as being associated with reoffending by domestic violence perpetrators are in order: Indigenous status, prior offending, age, socio-economic status and gender. Orders against Indigenous offenders were breached more quickly and more frequently. Indigenous offenders also had a higher likelihood of more severe violent domestic violence reoffending than non-Indigenous offenders.

Placing total numbers of reported DV incidents in context of it being a widespread problem in society, or widespread problem in one specific minority group within our society:

There is growing recognition that domestic violence offending is concentrated among a relatively small group of offenders or couples. The statistics show that a very small minority of repeat offenders (2%) were responsible for half of all domestic violence reports (51%).

            Summary of findings:

Developing effective strategies to reduce domestic violence offending requires an understanding of perpetrator characteristics, offending patterns and recidivism. To date, Australian research in these areas has largely been piecemeal and has tended to focus on a specific jurisdiction. This study
consolidates the Australian evidence base through a systematic review of 39 quantitative studies that examined domestic violence offending and reoffending. Despite the wide range of data sources, samples and measures of violence, findings are remarkably consistent across studies. Several conclusions may be drawn in relation to domestic violence offenders - at least those who come to the attention of the police - that are well supported by Australian evidence. Although many of these findings are not new, the strength of the evidence across multiple studies and jurisdictions adds greater weight to their significance.

This next wave of covid will sort it out. The 'pristine unvaxxed' DNA will take a severe dent.I just ask that you leave the hospital system to the normal people, when it cuts you down.
1/10 of the desperado FIGJAMmers on soical media does not equate to 10% across the community. It aint the smartest ppl on social media. And most conspiracy jockeys live there.
Hiding the truth? The web is full of cookers spewing out their version of it.Every time a partial piece of questionable data lands the crap flows again.

Without mentioning any particular persons on ozbargain
With all the ridiculous replies (exempt the deliberate funny remarks jokes )
It appears the MRNA vaxx has definately affected some of the vaccinated people
as its been everywhere in the body,
EVEN Crossed into the brain barrier and caused havoc into some of the vaxx peoples brain
thus the many ridiculous remarks on here, serious heart problems etc etc
Maybe some have suffered some degree of a damaged brains, seems that way.
Its been proven without doubt, its suppose to stay ONLY in the arm
Its been found EVERYWHERE were it should not be, a big big blunder.
BTW for the people that like it, drink it by the litre, its soo goood for you

Not taking sides with Novak ( being aka Novax for a good reason)
He lost games, sponsers, BIG money, been restricted to play and perform
Yet he did it on advice of his medical team, doctors coaches etc
He put the money where his mouth is,oposed the vax for a healthy life
He did not allow experimental drugs into his valued body.
More data today on the effectiveness of vax -

      https://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-12757921/Covid-lo…

Look at the graph, no vax, no lockdowns, no businesses shut down, life as normal, better off, Sweden wins
While AU, especially Infant brain DANS kingdom, lock downs more than anywhere in the world,
with No benefits, and his mate in W.A having the same similar brain mentally as DAN.

      • Everyone was basically forced to take it or lose social life. Yeah he stood up and I applaud him for that.

AU government did not do the right thing by him
Even though i don't really like him,
However it does not change the fact AU government had it in for him,

btw, whats your take on Swedens achievements with controlling covid ?

  • Private sperm donation has been increasing for a variety of reasons.

It doesn't surprise me this is one.

There will be many consequences, but as poorly run as the medical donation programs have been, it would be hard for things to get much worse.

Anyone considering using donor sperm or eggs for any reason needs to fully consider and comprehend the decision they are making for themselves, their children, their entire family, and future generations.
