    No idea. I tend to buy dental based on the dentist I want to use near me. So when churning, I make sure I churn to that provider just before I want something done (in this case). Thankfully I haven't needed anything urgent.

    In this case, my dentist is with MB.

      Just wanna ask some questions cause I have never changed insurance before.
      When I change insurance provider, do I have to serve the waiting period again if I have served it with the old provider?
      And if I already paid annually with the old provider, do I get refund for the remaining of the year?

  I signed up 8 weeks ago, used online promotion code. But haven’t received bonus 50000 points. I followed instructions to activate better live program and continued tracking activities from day 1. I rang them to ask when can I receive bonus points, the lady told me, she couldn’t see any promotion in their system, I have no email evidence to proof this 6 weeks free promotion with 50000 bonus, that promotion ended at 31/10. I didn’t save the screenshot. By the way, their gift cards options are very limit, just like addidas, iconic, hello fresh.

    CS at medibank is terrible. The only time I managed to get someone helpful on the phone was when I called to cancel. Plus their live chat are useless.

    the points can take up to 10 weeks to be deposited into your Live better account from policy start date, as long as you completed any activity via their live better portal within the first 42 days then they should drop in.

    this is all according to their T&Cs on their promo.
