Kmart is truly blessing the kawaii-fans right now!

Couldn’t get any in-store around my area so I’m lucky-dipping by buying online but YMMV so you might find them in store in your area 🤞🤞

Well any doubles will make great Christmas gifts for my little sister who I’ve indoctrinated into the ways of the kawaii, so there’s no real losing for me (๑>◡<๑)

    Yeah na.

    Even when it says Low Stock with Kmart I've found that usually means they've run out anyways when you go in and ask.

      Yes that does tend to be the way. And calling ahead of a visit is often an exercise in Centrelink-level hold times (~_~;)
      BUT- every now and then you might be lucky and find what you’re after in even “low stock” stores
      Worth a quick peek if you’re in the area, at least ^-^

      My favourite is when there is one in stock on the system, but the shelf is bare, which means its either been lifted or moved by child to another place in the store, but youll never find it.

        Always look underneath the shelf/behind other items, as well as on display shelves! (ᵔᴥᵔ)

        My mum needed a solar lantern from Kmart and there was supposed to be stock at that store but there weren’t any in the aisle.

        But I spotted the lanterns on some high display shelves.
        We used one of those telescopic-campfire-sticks from the camping aisle to hook the lanterns handles like the duck game at royal show ( ◠‿◠ )

        Of course, be careful not to make any mess or do anything dangerous.

    Have not seen any in the stores that apparently have 'low stock'. If you want a specific sanrio one (in plaid) they are hard to find even at full price (target, big w) Christmas sanrio ones are hard to locate too.

      Agree.. in fact, I don’t think I’ve ever seen them in any Kmart even at full price. The only place I recall seeing these is EB Games

      Agreed. There was a plaid My Melody at South Yarra Big W, and one gingerbread Hello Kitty that I grabbed. I check every week or two and the odd one occassionlly pops up, but there's never a huge stash of them.

        Target seem to have more stock where I am for the plaid ones, they are $26 compared to Big W's $25 though. Mr Toys around me have the Christmas ones (10") for $26

    Bit off topic but on the topic of sanrio.. build a bear is stocking cinnamoroll, my melody and kuromi this friday. $50 each. Apparently they sell out super quickly.

    Big W still has stock of the Halloween and the Christmas collections, i went up at lunch to check and they are the smaller ones, but they have plenty of both
    i couldn't see any Kuromi Halloween ones though, but still plenty of the other two, and they had the complete Christmas set

    They aren't against the wall with all of the toys though, they are in bins in the center of the walkways near the toys

      My big w had them under the christmas tree section, only when I went there were already all gone, the guy I asked said they had two new trays come in just a few days prior. And yes they are the 8" ones for $22, personally I prefer the 10" ones (generally around $25-26) Mr Toys have the 10" christmas sanrio ones for $26.

        i prefer the 10" as well, i was lucky and went into Kmart now knowing this set existed and found and bought them all, then went back a week later to get them for my niece and they were all gone, i had to find them for her on Gamesmen [who have all of the Sanrio squishes prettymuch] and that's where i pre-ordered my 10" christmas Gingerbread Hello Kitty, because i figured i wouldnt be able to find it in the stores, but i havent seen any of the christmas set over 8" in the shops

        Having said that, i did find the 12" Hello Kitty and Cinnamoroll Sweet Series squishmallows at big w, they were an awesome find

        Now if anyone could tell me where to find the Hello Kitty x Tokyo Speedracer squishmallow, that would make my year! :)

            I have got some of those kmart cube bookshelf things to manage the collection as it keeps growing lol
