yup, I gambled my luck on that too. Note that although you will not pay delivery fee, a 12% service fee + $3 small order fee (if <$15) will still apply.
They have the banner showing for me when I am not a new customer and confirmed doesn't work for me. Bit lazy they show the banner for existing customers.
