          • @gembel: Hey mate, yeah I can chase this up but just so you're aware the typical turnaround for these queries is generally around 2 weeks as they go to the store and the Westpac team who can take a short while to investigate and get back to us. Sorry for the wait mate, I assure you our team will always be doing what they can to sort this out.

      Still haven't received any updates from Shopback rep about my westpac bonus. Won't trust pizza hut westpac bonuses anymore after this.

    • Hey mate, no updates on my end as yet I'm afraid, as above your best bet is to reach out to our team to get this looked at. I've bumped the team to see if there are any known issues to report but no info to share on my end as yet. Please be patient with our team assisting, as we do need to get info from Westpac and Pizza Hut which can take time, plus this period is quite busy for the team itself.

              @USER DC: Hey mate, these Westpac Bonuses are more complicated for the team to resolve so take a little bit longer. Please be patient while our team works with the merchant as well as Westpac to get these looked into. Of course there's a chance they will be honoured for every user who redeemed, the team is doing the best they can.

                • @USER DC: Hey mate, the Westpac portion will be approved shortly, it's often approved within a day or two of the original Cashback. Unsure what you mean about the Dominos order, having a look I can see $8.40 tracked on a $12 order, so 70%, and $3.60 tracked as Westpac, so 30%. All looks right on my end mate, reach out to our team if you have another order you want us to take a look at.

                  • @gotyourback: Regarding dominos order - It was $18 NOT $12 I placed a missing cashback request which is not there on account any more (ON 4 December, around 15:50 SA time or 16:20 Melbourne time not the one before that which tracked fine for 30 Nov - the one you are reffering to by "having a look I can see $8.40 tracked on a $12 order, so 70%, and $3.60 tracked as Westpac, so 30% ").

                    IDK what/how Shopback is doing their systems its NOT SHOWING A MISSING CASHBACK report, (seems to be replaced with a 0.45 cents cashback, then that changed to $0.40 cashback, (and that also on a totally random date showing). At this point I really dont know many more stuff ups will be shopback doing more.

                    You team has done nothing about the westpac bonus on this pizza hut bonus (its not even tracked let alone unsure how you gonna aprrove something that hasnt even tracked yet).

                    I submited a report for 4 december missing ?? and thought the 2 December is that one tracked wrong, But now that 2 decmeber one seems to some other random one from November.

                    • @USER DC: Hey mate, sorry to hear of the trouble, The purchase I was referring to was for a November purchase, not your December purchase. As for your Missing Cashback claims, our Customer Care team are far more equipped to help get these issues resolved as I myself am not involved in the process I'm afraid. I can see you've reached out regarding your Pizza Hut Missing Cashback claims, the reason your Westpac Bonus Cashback has yet to be tracked is because this needs to be resolved with Westpac's assistance and so cannot be sorted by our team alone so can take some time to be resolved. Appreciate you patience whilst we work to get that sorted for you.

                      I cannot see any record whatsoever of a Missing Cashback claim for Domino's in any part of our system so it doesn't appear like that one has gone through.

                      I'm not exactly following the issues completely here as I'm a bit confused by the comment above, I'm happy to help where I can if you reach out via DM, but do note that I'm not involved in the Missing Cashback or Missing Westpac Bonus process and can only see records, not actually assist in adding in Cashback I'm afraid.

                        I guess I'll just put missing cashback request again for 4 December dominos order.

                        I wanted to see how that'd track as well that's entire reason why i made that purchase via SB
                        because CR didn't track that kinda transaction properly (due to the upgrades on that to get traditional pizza, instead of being a traditional by itself), the upgrades apparently didn't track at all with CR,
                        However they said they have fixed that issue now.

                        I wanted to test how SB does it (same failure of upgrades inclusions or not)
