I recently got a CBA credit card and my "Yello" tab in the app says "your benefits are locked" any idea why?
Are these benefits only for cba banking customers?
It says eligibility is 30+ transactions in last month, so maybe that's it?

The Yello terms do say that you need a transaction account to unlock Yello. Which is very annoying.

Same. I tried to chat with them, they said it is because you need transaction account and not credit card.
While their own T&C's say you are eligible with credit card. :)

Edit: This is strange. This deal was in my CommBank app under the Yello tab when I first checked it. This deal has now disappeared under the Yello tab when I login and checked again.

Off topic, but thing is, they must be offering some perceived value to be making this money.
There are plenty of other banks and credit unions outside the big 4, often with cheaper rates and far superior products. (they have no credit card for international purchases that isn't a sad joke, for example). So why are we mad at them making money while mostly being the ones giving them money?
Because if you look at the deals on OzB by the big 4 banks, CBA doesn’t give much considering their $10b profit.

Same, the deal is no longer visible to me under the Yello tab after I login again later this month day. I'm guessing the CBA app's Yello tab has some bugs as it's new….

The code managed to work 3 times for me on an existing account. Combined it with the Amazon CA DashPass deal. Purchased groceries from Coles each for for ~$35 to save on delivery and service fees to take it down to ~$22 each time.

Just noticed that the same code they provide also works on other DoorDash accounts as well.
So if you have used them all up then give it a crack on another account.
I've just started to use my code, but I'm getting an error, "whoops the promotion cannot be applied to this order. Please remove or use another promotion code". Have they pulled the promotion?
Just checked and my code is still working. Double check to make sure that your code is correct.
Did manage to get it to work couples days ago. Tried today as the expiry date was 25/12/23, so still vaid..the expiry date now shows 31/01/2024, but when entered the code on doordash it now says "this is not a vaid promotion", I've even given the t&cs for the promotion from doordash's website, cause they were said there was no such promo! Why have these kind of offers that don’t work!

I was reading their reply and within a second got another message "it looks like that you are currently occupied" and boom ! chat ended

Check again should still be there.
CBA Yello > Offers view all > scroll and select the Doordash offer (it should show the code there).
I usually copy and paste these sorts of codes to notes and email to myself just in case as well.
Mine is max $15 off with $25+ spend minimum.
