the online code is only for extra - not for mobile or insurance unfortunately

  • Has anyone who's already had a free trial just made a new ER account for another trial? Could you just do this X infinity?

  • +1

Have they fixed the bug that allows to use the discount twice, once online and then again in store?

    • +4

You can still do both if you do online first

      • So online you use the code and you just scan the card in store?

  • -1

How do you use it? Is there a promo code or something? It's not giving me the option and I'm trying to check out.

Edit: apparently the discount code is XNOV2023 but it's not working. I had to ask the stupid chatbot 3 times to get that code, why is it not in the FAQ…. I hate this company so much.

    • No code required for me, just followed the link and the prices shows correct, maybe you aren't elegible for some reason

      • I closed my browser, logged in and out of the website and eventually the code worked. Typical Woolworths BS

    • check your rewards app, in the "extra" tab, it will show you the online code, and whether you have used it.

Wherever I look, it's guaranteed to be somewhere else

Question: I have woolworths mobile and that gives me 10% off every month, if I sign up to this, does that mean I can get 10%off twice? Or they don't stack?

    • +6

Already answered about 300 times in the thread

    • Yes you get 10% off twice. However, it does not stack. So separate transactions.

  • +1

Looks like the Origin Internet deal has been put down the memory hole - no mention of 35,000 points anywhere.

EDIT: although no visible signs, when I signed up it said 35,000 rewards points, and the chat support confirmed this. I took a screenshot.

As soon as I signed up for this I lost all the good offers I previously had. 6 months later I still get F.A

    • Thanks for your and others feedback so we don't repeat the same thing.

  • does everyday mobile have promo for longer expiry plans ?

  • Damnit! Forgot to cancel and was charged for another month at $7 on 21 Nov.. now I can't even take advantage of the promo in Dec

  • Is the 10% off a shop each calendar month? Or from when you sign up?

Edit: nvm I found the FAQ that says calendar month. Time to get spending.

  • I have already had two membership account with 10% off every month, what is the benifit of having everyday extra plan?

  • Does anyone know how this interacts with Delivery Unlimited, specifically the 2x rewards points per dollar spend? I imagine it doesn't stack to 4x points/$ if you have both 🤔

Is it worth signing up to both plans? Or is one better than the other?

    • +2

I did an order on Friday with Delivery Unlimited + Everyday Extra and I got 4 points per dollar. This included 4x points on the Everyday Extra 10% Discount amount which I was amazed to see.

      • Thanks for the info!

How come there is no free item in the app, how do you find the free item per month?

    • If you read carefully, it doesn't actually say you will get a free product per month. They got me on this too….

It just says "Enjoy exclusive subscriber-only free products, offers and promotions" - doesn't specify the frequency

  • are you still able to use this discount twice if you do the first purchase online?

    • Yes, I signed up this month, and doing that worked for me. I.e. I did an online Direct to Boot order using the December 10% Extra Discount code, and several days later I was still able to get the Everyday Extra 10% discount on an in-store shop.

  • How do they let you know about the free product is it an email? I didn't get anything last month but there was only a week or so before the end of the month. Wondering how I will find out about it this month

    • +1

Received an email and it shows in your Everyday Rewards App to Boost.

  • +2

Received my first rewards extra free product. Check the app to see if you have a freebie to claim.

    • +1

      Yes free dollop cream

    • Where do you see the freebie? I can’t see any in the app

      • +1

Mine was under the extra tab.

    • Do you have to shop at least once that month to get the freebie?

    • I got som free wafer biscuits

    • 750ml bundaberg drink, yummm

  • Got free ww turkish bread rolls

I just got charged $70 for this instead of the $35. Did this happen to anyone else?

    • My trial ends tomorrow but it says on the everyday extra page it’ll be half price

    • My trial ended yesterday. Got charged $35

    • Yes same happened to me, I'm gonna call them

      • Can confirm I was charged $35

        • Same I was charged correctly the $35

      • Just been on hold for 30 mins then got disconnected, online chat isn't working either

  • Is there a minimum spend to use the 10% off

    • +1

They'd be thrilled if you used it on a $1 transaction

    • No minimum spend in store.
Online the minimum spend is $50.

  • +1

Last day tomorrow to get the 50% off annual fee

  • Does this give a discount at all to the $170 12 month mobile plan?

  • +1

Just signed up today, left it to the last day!

For those speculating above, it looks like if you sign up during the promo period, get the free trial, and the free trial ends after the promo period, you still get the 50% off annual fee.

    19 January 2024 ($35/year)

At least, that's what my account page says, and I can use the screenshot to dispute if they make trouble.

    • Mine says the same. I doubt there will be any problems.

  • Forgive me if this questions have already been asked already…

    • With the free item, roughly how often do they give you a free item?
    • What's a rough value of the item they give you, eg. Does the item cost $3+ to give you about the same value as what the $35 (equates to $2.91 a month).
    • Can anyone give me an example of items they have got as part of Everyday Extra Membership?
    • +1

In the last four months I have received a bag of pretzels, a box of Cruskits, a pack of choc chip biscuits and Swisspers cotton tips.

  • +1

I got onto the support on the chat. They said they stuffed up and shouldn't have charged $70. So they refunded $35 as wooloworths credits as that was thw fastest option

I wonder how many people haven't realised

Just beware when shopping instore vs online.

Bought some items worth over $1000 instore at Big W. Only got $50 discount instead of the actual 10% off. Didn't notice until I got home and checked the receipt. You seem to get the full 10% when buying online and doing a click and collect vs instore.

    • +1

Extra Discount only applies to 1 Woolworths and 1 BIG W shop, with single transaction value up to $500 each, each month. Min spends, bag and crate fees apply for online orders

Handy to know if there is no limit of $50 online

      • +1

There doesn't seem to be a limit online!
