However, based on my recent experience, I would think twice when purchasing anything from them now. Their system can be unreliable, and the customer support are not helpful at all when I try to contact them. They would just give you a generic response and unable to actually help you to solve your problem.
I hope my "refund" can be processed successfully, it's yet to be confirmed.

I just brought a shopper gift card and had no issues. However it says you cannot use it at supermarkets. How does one use the last remaining bits of credit if most retailers cannot do split payments?
Plan ahead. You are trapped without plan. I only aim at spending the whole balance on Amazon.
