    Sold out Doncaster Vic

  • New Sydney Lego Store not listed!

    • Has it opened yet?

      • Not sure if you are joking, but the answer is yes, although the queue to get in may not be any shorter XD
Grand Opening Day was last Saturday (although coroporate parties and some groups of AFOLs had pre-opening events and access) and queue times were approx 2 hours outside - queues inside too.
        Sunday was about the same.

  • So world’s biggest store not included?

I've been trying to book a Lego session in WA, but every time I see a deal on OzBargain, the sessions are always sold out. This has happened on the last 3-4 occasions. Is there any way I can get an alert when these sessions open up on the Lego website?

    • follow their insta or wherever it was posted

    • Try subscribing to the eventbrite organizer of these events? I did but only saw it on here

Thanks, following now. lets see if i get a notification for the next event.

    • Nah you're basically stuffed. I've been trying for years without luck. Not even once

  • Hey Benzy I’m in the same boat was thinking I got in pretty quick this time but sold out like it’s all been pre allocated before it’s released…

  • Lots of times available at Miranda NSW for both Saturday and Sunday

  • DDOS…

  • Thanks ops. Got my daughter in as one of the last for parra.
Even though I subscribed to their events, I found out from here 😂

  • Meh, sold out

  • +1

    Everything's sold out. Lame.

  • What why no chaddy??

  • Don't know why I always try. Disappointed 100% of the time. They really should make an effort to schedule for more people.

  • As of this very moment, there are 2 spots left at Townsville-QLD 1:30-2:00pm and Wellington-NZ 12:00-12:30pm.
And a single spot left at Charlestown-NSW 12:30-1:00pm and Riccarton - NZ 12:00-12:30pm.
    Everything else is SOLD OUT!

  • I can see Townsville Sat 2.30pm available and a few sessions on Sunday still ok.

From my experience at Broadway and Miranda (Syd), they set up a trestle table within the store. Staff member would be on one side providing assistance and kids on the other side building the lego. Given the small area on the table, they can't have too many kids at one time. Hence the sessions being sold out quickly.

Doubt the new Sydney store would ever hold these workshops any time soon given the crazy crowds.

  • Thanks OP. I managed to get a ticket for my son

  • Thanks OP, just got back from the workshop! At the last minute I suggested my child stick on a blank game controller piece just so we could take it home.

Got very excited when he said the blank was a misprint and might be worth a bit, but sadly… It's just a variation.

  • This was a bit of a weird build. Not a polybag as usual, but a seemingly random cup of bricks.
Wondering where the bricks came from - left over on Pick A Brick Wall, or from the free build play table, or damaged boxes… ?
Says "will build a LEGO® Heart!"

    • Agree. My sons is there right now and he was issued with a bucket full of pieces, a small base and a smaller long base and told to build something
