To receive Westpac bonus Cashback, you must add an eligible Westpac debit or credit card to your ShopBack account, make an eligible purchase on the same Westpac debit or credit card and comply with the offer criteria.

Purchases made using digital wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay will be eligible for Westpac bonus Cashback as long as an eligible card is used as the linked payment method at the merchant’s checkout.

Purchases made using online payment methods such as PayPal, where ShopBack is not able to identify whether an eligible card was used at the merchant checkout, will not qualify for Westpac bonus Cashback (even where an eligible card is linked e.g. to the PayPal account).

    If your order doesn't track within 5 minutes cancel it.
    Try and reorder and see if it'll track.
    DO NOT ACCEPT or collect any orders that have not tracked.

      The only marginally reliable method of Shopback tracking is through their app, and in my case off wifi (I expect my PiHole is blocking some tracking cookies).

      This is the only method I've got to work for alcohol suppliers - and if it breaks then I can message support and blame THEIR app which usually works to approve my claims.

    I don’t understand all the issues people have with “not tracking”… I think in the last 2 years only 1 or 2 didn’t track for me 🤔

      Only issues I ever have is figuring exactly out what categories eBay and Amazon products are in! 🤦‍♂️

      I guess it depends on the reason you make a purchase: if it’s only the cashback that lures you in then it’s definitely annoying. But if you are going to buy something regardless then whether it tracks becomes less important…

      I don't have a problem with shopback tracking generally, bws is the issue here. Multiple attempts in the past and bws page just loads infinitely at the end of the order. Then tracking is screwed. I have been stung multiple times with bws, but never again. I buy for family and give them the cashback upfront.

      People are probably unknowingly using adblockers, not clicking through correctly, or doing something else that these cashback sites are finnicky over.

      My last 2 cashbacks from BWS did not track. I have never had a problem ever with any other store with either Shopback or Cashrewards. I agree 100% with isaw - Do not accept or collect any orders that do not track.

      the 20% ($20 cap) is definitely not mentioning per user, so it would be per transaction, not sure about the WP bonus. I can't see anything about a per user cap, but not 100% sure

    The same old bug, wine listed at $30 but says 1 for $50

    Add 3, still charges $150.

    They will refund, but the issue is cashback may be good because it'll track on $150

    I have a shiny new Westpac card, so thought I'd take it for a spin on this deal, but I can't see Westpac referenced anywhere in relation to bonus BWS cashback.

      A) have you added your new card details to Westpac lounge B) if you go to the app, under earn more, there is a section for Westpac and it shows on there that there is 10% bonus using WP card
