          It is legality thing. Its too powerful and doesn't meet Australian safety requirements.

          Even our Nerf Elite range is nerfed. Notice the grey triggers instead of orange on some local products.

          You'd be pretty unlucky, the leadup to Christmas is the best time I order.. questionable items internationally that customs may frown upon.

          I have a number of these I have imported over the years and then moved onto the range up (with the smaller rubber balls). None have ever been stopped by customs even with a sticker on there saying it a toy gun….

          Far as I understand it theyre illegal to sell in Aus because of the energy of the projectile, but its a consumer protection restriction on sales only - theres no problem with import or possession.

    pretty sure these types of blasters are still illegal in australia due to the ammo balls being a choking hazard… that's why this version comes from america… and you won't find them in a bricks and motar store locally…
