I'd never used any but the reviews Ive been watching the last few days seems to lean towards the wahoo. I was considering a heart rate strap too so was an easy choice
I reckon it's a matter of preference between Garmin and Wahoo. They both do basic things right. Seems to me Garmin offers more in terms of "plugins" and extra add-ons. Worth having a look at GPLama YT channel. Shane covers all nitty gritty of bike computer's features and differences.
If I'd be buying again and budget would not be an issue, I'd go with Garmin for all the extras like iq store.
FYI, I just got speed + cadence sensors from Aliexpress $18 for a pair :) works with Wahoo & Garmin, BLE and ANT+.
Nice design, the battery cover has 2 positions - speed or cadence. Worth trying when Wahoo charge >$100.
Is it better than a 540 or 840? I have only used garmin.
