    I thought you shouldn't be using non-stick cookware on high heat because it degrades the non-stick coating?

      Is it only high heat when you use the high pressure burner? Probably ok for standard kitchen stove.

        A standard stove will damage non stick. If you smoke it, its melting.
        Stir frying is about high heat.
        A properly seasoned iron/steel wok is non stick.
        You dont get flavour from teflon, only chemicals.

        This wok doesnt make sense.

      the reviews of the Big W $7 wok are the lowest I've ever seen for a cooking item.
