  • Recommendations for ps5 ssd expansion?

  • I have the 2TB version of this drive that I use for secondary storage. To be honest I can't really complain as it does the job just fine.

I wouldn't use it as a primary boot drive though.

    • I wouldn't use it as a primary boot drive though.

Why? Because there are faster ones? Or because it's straigh unreliable for things other than 2nd copies?

      • +1

I'd rather have a faster drive with DRAM for my OS.

But for secondary space (games) this is fine.

  • I already have external storage is this any good for internal

  • Says the seller is Amazon Germany for the black Friday deal. Won't let me checkout to any of my addresses or Amazon Lockers in Cairns 4870. Had to change to a street address for delivery to work.

  • +2

To each their own, but these Kingston drives don't have a good reputation, whereas Crucial P3 is much better reviewed and only ~$2 more. https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B0B25LZGGW

    • To me Crucial P3 1TB shows $85 so it's $17 extra though
