The SRPE65 is the same price at Watch Depot or possibly $179 with your first order $20 bonus.

Edit: maybe not - minimum spend $200

    Edit 2: Invicta Joker - WN's fave is $399

Edit 3: Perfect price point for Jimothy

watchnerd…are there any watch strap sellers on amazon that arent barton $90 but still good quality…
looking at either a vintage style, perforated or rally strap….any recs?

    • +2

I've never bought any straps from Amazon. Other members know a lot more about straps than me - @ilikeit & @G-rig.

      • I don't buy any straps from Amazon, I usually get excellent quality ones from Aliexpress - but they're FKM.

I think most of the good quality straps are sold independently. There are also some very good leather and vintage straps on ETSY, but I can't remember the sellers off the top of my head.

lol….im returning a HENGRC 'genuine leather' perforated strap to aliexpress once again….because it's falling apart after 2 hours of wear but primarily because its shithouse.

          leather straps on aliexpress?……never again

Only silicone and under $6 has been my policy.
      To hell with brand names.

thats seriously ugly mate….not even joking here, that is one (profanity) ugly watch!

      • It is the most beautiful entry level watch I have ever seen :/

        • +2

Looks like all the watches bogans eventually trade to cash converters for $10.

At the end of the day if you like that is all that matters. You need a 7"+ wrist to pull it off though with those chunky end links

    • I reckon it's interesting, beauty being in the eye of the beerholder and all that…Date wheel background matches dial colour too, not always the case.

Pretty good value for a solar chrono. If I needed a big dress watch, a definite maybe.

    • That's a Guido Hatzis watch

This one isn't quite so obnoxious if you like the watch but still want a look-at-me bracelet. Cheaper, too.

      or some Coutura bling https://www.amazon.com.au/Seiko-Japanese-Quartz-Stainless-Si…

    • @SteveJobs: "What are your thoughts on this watch?"

It's got a bit of a Decepticon vibe so I'd be wary about having it on wrist.
