    Depending how long you've been with them the new VIPRewards do offer pebble discounts compared to new members. Oldies like me stick around as they've been quite reliable, and we end up subsidizing newbie subscription year after year. Closely heading to my platinum status (14 yrs).

      I'm 13 years in apparently. First I've heard of viprewards, appears it only started this month.

      But if you look at the VIPRewards.. For example like you guys on, the Gold Status, you can get a "New Web Hosting Plans for 65% Off ". ie independent of the Black Friday sale.

    So basically for hosting you are only getting this Black Friday discount for the very first invoice then you will have to pay full price then on. Am I correct?

      Yes, they jack prices quite often, paying 50% more than the full price last year currently and it all started from a deal like that, so full price is a minimum you can expect, be prepared to move. Support is pretty random, in the early days years ago was good, last few recent tickets were just horrible, could not explain why things stopped working and then were ok a week later, could not do simple tasks migrating from other provider etc. I would personally avoid, just not worth paying premium and no perks to existing customers (apart from peanuts listed above).
