That deal passed the frontpage ages ago, and frankly this deal deserves it's own dedicated thread rather than being tacked onto an old thread which nobody will see.
that was 3 days ago only. and a dupe is still a dupe, not matter how good it is.
The weekend deals part of that deal shouldn't have even existed in the first place. Ozbargain rules frown upon showing "future" deals because by the time they start the deal thread has usually been buried - which is exactly what has happened.
'future deals' - It's all part of the same sale with changing daily deals…
Also, as far as 'future deals' are concerned, as long as the date is posted then it is fine. It's only group buy deals that have to be active before posting.

I'm giving it a plus, not because I am taking advantage of this deal, but because they are terrific games. For that price, it's an absolute bargain. I paid much much more Arkham City when it was first released. Even at the price I paid, I'm still happy!

Awesome, great price and fantastic game, took me a few goes to get it to recognise my US Address but otherwise worked great, downloading 17gb via Steam now.
WOW! how long does it takes to download 17G? sometimes i dont quite understand this steam concept, you have to pay for time, internet to get digital copy, why not just buy a retail version?
Sorry I m new to PC gaming, just can't figure out why, are all PC games these days need to go thru steam? I m certainly not kind of online person, just want to play my games offline in single mode, is this possible?
Well you can't exactly purchase a game online and download it offline you'd buy a retail copy for that :P You can play it offline though via steam (unless it's an online only game, or requires an internet connection (in odd cases)).
It depends on the game really, but for some games you can easily download it faster than you can drive to the shops and buy it, and it's also a LOT cheaper in situations like this. Also, internet connections are relatively cheap these days so 17GB isnt as strenuous on most connections as it used to be, and will probably download at around 2MB/s in my experiences.

if you want an actual address, you can use borderlinx or comgateway, they'll give you a mail forwarding address in US (or UK for borderlinx)

How do these Steam (PC) games compare to say the XBox 360 versions? Our boys have the first one but I am not sure if it is worth getting the Steam version of the second. We are a Mac family as well (so I'm not sure about gaming performance on our Mac minis etc). Thanks for any comments.
