    I'm guessing maybe there'll be some sort of upsize Friday that covers all categories.

    If not though you used to be able to complete challenges buying from 0% categories (similar to coupon use with eBay), these transactions were meant to track and complete at $0.00. Is this still the case? @gotyourback

          Hey mate, camelcamelcamel seems to indicate that it's considered a software download, I honestly have no clue what category it would end up coming under but I doubt it'll be considered a gift card at the very least so would be fine for this offer.

            @gotyourback: It's a bit of a mystery.

            Amazon treats it like a GC though, I cannot pay for it with my GC balance: Your gift card balance can’t be applied to orders that contain other Amazon.com.au gift cards.

            I guess it treats it like a PlayStation or Xbox GC? Seems a bit risky to me.

      Hey mate, Amazon list gift cards in their "DONT's":

      Cashback is ineligible for Prime membership subscription purchases, Gift Cards, Kindle Unlimited, Mobile Apps, Audible, Echo Accessories, Kindle Access.

      So I'd avoid when trying to redeem as it may not track.

        I had opted in for both the challenges - $3 rewards for Amazon purchases of $30 or more and $10 rewards for purchases of $30 or more at three different stores. However, even though I made an Amazon purchase at 1:09 AM today and got tracked as well, it is not shown against either of these two challenges. I clicked through the challenge and went to Amazon as well.

      Gift cards are all good, S&S is okay if it is a new S&S purchase (not a subsequent purchase from a previous subscription) and the initial charged amount is $30+.

        Hey mate, that's just a generic term for our challenges, just refers to any purchase that will be rejected by Amazon. Amazon approves purchases for 0% categories, so all categories will be included in this challenge.

      You can add in advance, it'll work like credit on your account. There's an option when you go to "Account" for gift cards to view the balance + apply them to your acc.

    I cant link any bank cards, nor will it allow me to use apple pay anymore. Anyone having an issue with shopback like this? I raised a ticket. Tried 4 different cards from 4 different banks. My Mrs shopback account having the same issue

      I think if you try lock too many cards, it will lock you out for a day or two. Can't do anything about it but wait it out.

      They don't usually get tracked until Amazon ships the orders. Items by third party sellers can take even longer.

    Has anyone noticed recently that when there are these time-based challenges (usually need to complete in a day or less), Amazon purchases just never track? Or if they eventually do a few days later (if you are lucky), then it is too late and you've missed out? And yes, I did join the challenge.

    Purchases through Cashrewards and Topcashback track pretty quick (less than a day) in comparison. I am a pretty heavy Amazon buyer so I'm able to spread purchases around the different cashback providers based on where I can maximise my cashback, so I can really see how inconsistent or delayed Shopback tracking has been.

    Has this been anyone else's experience too?

    I've finally had mine track but it seems they've been backdated to 12am Nov 24th

    Meaning they do not count towards the 3 transactions for $10 as that starts at 12:05am

    @gotyourback is this something that'll be resolved? I made the purchase later in the day, not 12am, thanks in advance

      I put my order through well after 12:05am but it also got listed as 12:00am for me in the tracking info, so I'm still one short in the 3x $30 transaction challenge. I also have the $30 Amazon challenge that is still finalizing but not confirmed either. Luckily the rate was correct though.

      Hey mate, that's how our Challenges work. From the post body:

      The Bonus will be credited to your account once your order moves from 'Pending' to 'Approved'.
      This means that the Bonus will not be visible under your 'Lifetime Earnings' until the order moves to 'Approved'.

      Once your tracked purchase is approved, the status will change from "Reward Pending" to "Reward Issued", and the $3 Bonus will be added to your account.
