    On your website you have

    Ethically Made
Zardor ensures complete standardization and that the raw material used is up to quality standards that we look forward to making ourselves proud with and our customers, happy with.

    and

Carefully crafted for people that care
We source raw materials with great concern of the quality of end product that will be made. All raw materials, manufacturing processes and manufacturing decisions are made keeping in mind the desired quality of product that our customers want and need.

You don't actually share any detail about what makes your product ethical or high quality.

The old version of your About page at https://www.zardor.au/about has placeholder text under the titles "Our Story", "Sustainability" and "Our Factories", which I'm assuming means you chose not to share this information.

The customer testimonials on your homepage don't read as being genuine at all. I say this as someone who's managed online businesses with tens of thousands of reviews. Nobody words a review like that. You also don't have a single customer review on your Facebook page.

Honestly this looks like you've decided your business strategy is to just use the words "premium" and "quality" everywhere, but you haven't provided any information about why people should believe you. Your product pages don't give detailed material information beyond "cotton and polyester blend".

Your website has broken/wrong links, placeholder content, and other signs of a rush job all over the place. The business has only existed since November last year and you only registered for GST a few months ago. Convince me that you're not just flogging cheap crap (maybe 'Premium crap').

What are the materials actually (type and composition)? Are these materials sustainably sourced? Where are these clothes manufactured? Do you have ethical certifications of any kind? What makes your business and products any different from anything else?

Spinning up a quick Wix store and using words like "premium" and "ethical" and "quality" means absolutely nothing.

  • Hi Rep, any bargains? This looks more like using OzB for free advertising than an actual bargain.
