          doesn't help that a previous large order a month ago has a missing westpac bonus that is still being investigated :/
          I've had success with westpac bonuses in the past with the same card

    Quick sanity check please - is it 10% off ALL categories except "Charity and non-profit items, eBay Plus membership & Travel", whether you use the 3 promo codes listed or not? It could read as only applying to those 3 codes, or I'm overthinking it. ;) Plus, yes, "Best Offer accepted prices and Auctions are NOT eligible for cashback". Thanks.

    Hmmm, my promo code was not listed, 10% SB and 15% Westpac… Ebay promo code was 20% and I couldn't unselect/remove it, payed $1.55 via westpac the rest was GC's but I could not remove the 20% discount code so I can only assume I've voided the SB/Westpac cashbacks, oh well it's only 5% difference.

    But, as I said, only 5% difference, that means I have to hand in my Ozb licence, grrrrrr.

    Some items got their own promo code (5% off only) and it seems like I can't uncheck the box. Everytime I uncheck the box it runs into some issue, either on phone or PC. Too bad. I will have to wait for the next shopback event.

        Super weird, I'm not sure what's happened here as it does look like it's rectified itself. My best guess would be a display error of some sort or an issues with the data on eBay's end meaning it had to be refreshed. Apologies for the concern, mates! Let me know if this hasn't yet fixed itself on your end, happy to chase this up.

      Same here, something similar happened in the past and it fixed itself so I'm not too worried for now. From what I can tell those transactions disappeared from November and reappeared on the same dates in December (in the future no less).

      I noticed it last night, having checked again just now at least one of the transactions has corrected itself.

    After checking with the team, the codes used in the purchases were 'BFEX30' and 'BFTOPDEAL'. These two codes were not approved by ShopBack; therefore, these purchases are not eligible for Cashback.
