Both are same. But, it was one of eBay promotions (only 100 pc available). It already expired.

@Deal-Sniper: Goog Guys one has soft smoothing brush instead of 20mm barrel. eBay one has 20mm barrel instead of soft smoothing brush.

The complete long has additional accessories compared to the smooth + control long.
@Southbound: Which one is that? I have the complete long box in front of me and all accessories match the eBay page

@abs898: Dyson doesn't make it easy to find, but I think the complete comes with both a soft smoothing brush and a firm smoothing brush. It looks like the "smooth + control" only comes with firm, while the "volume + shape" only comes with a soft one.
@Southbound: It's weird that their own website doesn't mention the smooth and control pack (the Ebay deal with the firm smoothing brush) or the volume and shape deal (another Ebay pack with the soft smoothing brush).
And then all the retail packs are called complete and include both smoothing, but not the 20mm airwrap.
At least the only difference between long (and not long) is the length of the airwrap brushes and the length of hair they are intended for. Surely they are really interchangeable.
To get the best deal rn, you can either use gift cards to pay for this or call Dyson price match and get them to give you a couple of free accessories.
Person doing the chat must be tired of these as he said "price match to exact price and no extras". Doesn't matter when I only paid $450 at TGG after combank reward and cashback plus instant pickup

I bought this morning from dyson for $549 (with bonus). Called them just now to say I want to cancel it because TGG got it cheaper. They’re happy to price match it and issued partial refund
